The D5V0L1B2T-7 is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for ESD and surge protection. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 14V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 6A (8/20µs) and delivers 84W peak pulse power.
