The D5V0L1B2LP3-7 is a bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients. It features a clamping voltage of 14V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 6A under an 8/20µs waveform, with a peak pulse power rating of 84W. The device provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, with ±30kV contact and ±30kV air discharge ratings. Its low typical capacitance of 15pF at 1MHz makes it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
