The D5V0L1B2LP-7B is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for ESD protection in sensitive electronic circuits. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and provides robust ESD protection up to ±30kV contact and air discharge, complying with IEC 61000-4-2. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 6A (8/20µs waveform) with clamping voltages ranging from 7.0V typical at 1A to 10.5V typical at 5A.

This TVS diode offers low capacitance of 15pF typical at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection without signal degradation. Leakage current is minimal at 10nA typical. The bidirectional configuration simplifies PCB layout as orientation is not critical.
