The D5V0FS4U10LP-7 is a high-performance 4-channel TVS diode array designed to protect high-speed I/O lines. It features ultra-low typical input capacitance of 0.45pF, making it suitable for USB 3.0, USB 3.1, Serial ATA, and DisplayPort interfaces. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection with ±8kV contact and air discharge, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection up to 3.5A (8/20µs).
Key electrical characteristics include a typical reverse standoff voltage of 3V, minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V, and typical clamping voltage of 6V at 16A TLP. Dynamic resistance is 0.25Ω typical. The device is fully RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free, with MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020.
Packaged in a compact U-DFN2510-10 surface mount case, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Supplied in tape and reel (3000 pieces per reel) on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape width.
