The D5V0F4U6SO-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array designed by Diodes Incorporated for protecting high-speed data lines such as HDMI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and Serial ATA. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a breakdown voltage of 6.0V minimum. The clamping voltage is typically 10V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs) and maximum 12V. The device offers IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge.
The ultra-low channel input capacitance of 0.4pF typical (0.65pF maximum) ensures minimal signal integrity impact on high-speed interfaces. The dynamic resistance is typically 1.0 Ohm at 1A. With 4 unidirectional channels, it provides power line protection. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The D5V0F4U6SO-7 is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-6 package (supplier package SOT-26) with matte tin finish.
