The D5V0F4U10LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, configured as a steering (rail-to-rail) protection device. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients. The device provides up to ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge protection per IEC 61000-4-2. With a reverse working voltage of 5.5V and a clamping voltage of 12V (at 1A peak pulse current, 8/20 µs), it is suitable for protecting high-speed data lines. The ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.5 pF at 1 MHz ensures minimal signal degradation, making it ideal for high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, USB 2.0/3.0, IEEE1394, Serial ATA, and DVI. The device is housed in a compact U-DFN2510-10 surface-mount package, measuring 10-UFDFN. It is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel.
