The D5V0F2U3LP-7B is a 2-channel transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode array designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V. The device offers a peak pulse current of 1.5A (8/20µs) and a typical capacitance of 0.5pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
ESD protection is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2, providing ±15kV contact and air discharge protection. The device has a maximum leakage current of 100nA at 5V reverse voltage. Power dissipation is 300mW with a thermal resistance of 417°C/W junction-to-ambient. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
This TVS array is ideal for portable applications such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players, as well as computers and peripherals. The low profile and ultra-small PCB footprint make it suitable for compact portable electronics. The device is housed in a surface-mount X1-DFN1006-3 package with NiPdAu over copper leadframe termination. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape width. The device is fully RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a green molding compound. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.
