The D5V0F1U2LPQ-7B from Diodes Incorporated is a 1-channel unidirectional Zener-type TVS diode designed for ESD protection on high-speed data ports. It features a reverse working voltage of 5.5V and a typical clamping voltage of 12V. The device provides ESD protection up to ±15kV contact and ±20kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, safeguarding sensitive electronics against electrostatic discharge events.
With an ultra-low channel input capacitance of 0.5pF typical at 1MHz, this TVS diode is suitable for high-speed applications such as USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, Serial ATA, DVI, and HDMI. The peak pulse current is 1.5A (8/20µs), and the device can dissipate up to 250mW of power. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient.
