The D44H11 is an NPN silicon power transistor from ON Semiconductor, part of the D44H series of complementary transistors. This device is designed for general purpose power amplification and switching applications such as output stages, driver stages, switching regulators, converters, and power amplifiers.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 80V, a continuous collector current (IC) rating of 10A, and a peak collector current of 20A (pulse width ≤6ms, duty cycle ≤50%). The DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 40 at 4A collector current and 1V VCE, and a minimum of 60 at 2A.
