The D3V3M1U2S9-7 is a 3.3V unidirectional TVS diode designed by Diodes Incorporated to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.0V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 8V under IEC 61000-4-5 8/20µs waveform conditions. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 12A and a peak pulse power of 120W.
This TVS diode offers excellent ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, with contact and air discharge ratings of ±30kV. It has a low typical capacitance of 70pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. The leakage current is a maximum of 2µA at the reverse standoff voltage.
The D3V3M1U2S9-7 is housed in a surface-mount SOD-923 package, which is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen and antimony free. It has an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The device is supplied on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape width, in quantities of 10,000 pieces per reel.
