The D3V3F4U10LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed by Diodes Incorporated for protecting high-speed data lines. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V. The device clamps at 5V typical under IEC 61000-4-2 conditions (16A), and offers ESD protection of ±12kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.5pF at 1MHz, this TVS array is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0, USB 3.1, Serial ATA, and DisplayPort. It can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs) and peak pulse power of 30W per IEC 61000-4-5. The dynamic resistance is typically 0.25Ω.
The device is housed in a compact U-DFN2510-10 surface-mount package with NiPdAu over copper termination finish. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has an MSL rating of Level 1 per J-STD-020. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
