The D38999/24WJ4PN is a circular connector receptacle from the MIL-DTL-38999 series, featuring 56 male pin positions. The shell is aluminum with an olive drab cadmium finish, providing corrosion resistance and EMI shielding. Contacts are gold-plated for reliable low-resistance connections. Termination is via crimp contacts (not included).
Mounting is panel mount with bulkhead front side nut, and the threaded coupling ensures secure mating. The connector is shielded and rated IP67 for dust and water ingress protection. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, suitable for harsh environments. Current rating is 7.5A for smaller contacts and 13A for larger contacts.
