The D15V0X1B2LP-7B is a 15V bidirectional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It features an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.55pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
