D1213A-04V-7

The D1213A-04V-7 is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. It provides unidirectional ESD protection for four independent channels with a low typical capacitance of 0.85 pF, making it suitable for high-speed data interfaces such as USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, Serial ATA, DVI, and HDMI. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3 V and a typical clamping voltage of 10 V. It offers robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with ±15 kV air discharge and ±8 kV contact discharge ratings. The breakdown voltage is guaranteed at a minimum of 6 V (at 1 mA). The peak pulse current is rated at 5 A (8/20 µs) with a maximum power dissipation of 380 mW. Operating supply voltage range is 3.3 V to 5.5 V with a low quiescent supply current of 8 µA maximum. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-563 package with matte tin plated terminals and is rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. Packaging is tape and reel with 3000 units per reel.
