The D1213A-04TS-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed for ESD protection in high-speed data interfaces. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications.
It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V typical and a clamping voltage of 10V typical. The device provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge. Channel input capacitance is typically 0.85pF, making it suitable for high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and DVI. Peak pulse current is 5A (8/20µs).
The device is housed in a TSOT26 surface mount package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
Typical applications include automotive electronics, high-speed data lines, and portable electronics requiring robust ESD protection.
The reverse standoff voltage is 3.3V typical.
The minimum reverse breakdown voltage is 6V at 1mA.
The typical clamping voltage is 10V.
The peak pulse current is 5A for an 8/20µs waveform.
It is available in a TSOT26 surface mount package.
It provides ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
The typical channel input capacitance is 0.85pF.
