The D1213A-02SR-7 is a 2-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array designed for ESD protection on high-speed data lines. It provides two unidirectional channels and a typical channel input capacitance of 0.85pF. This makes it suitable for ports such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, Serial ATA, DVI, HDMI, and PCI.
The device delivers IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±15kV air and ±8kV contact. Its typical clamping voltage is 10V, and it is rated for a peak pulse current of 5A under an 8/20µs waveform. Minimum reverse breakdown voltage is 6.0V at 1mA. Operating supply voltage is 3.3V typical and 5.5V maximum, with 8.0µA maximum supply current and channel leakage of ±0.1µA typical.
The TVS array is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and supports automotive applications. Power dissipation is 400mW, with junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 310°C/W. It is packaged in a SOT-143 surface-mount package with matte tin finished terminals and weighs approximately 0.009g. The molded plastic case is rated UL 94V-0, and the device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free.
