The D1213A-02SOL-7 is a 2-channel unidirectional TVS diode array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients. The device features a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 10V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). It provides ESD protection up to ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
This TVS diode array integrates two Zener-based protection channels in a single SOT-23 package. The breakdown voltage range is 6.0V to 9.0V (at 1mA). The device has a low dynamic resistance of 0.9Ω typical, and a forward voltage of 0.8V typical at 8mA. The maximum peak pulse current is 5A (8/20µs). Power dissipation is 300mW.
The D1213A-02SOL-7 is suitable for general purpose applications including high-speed data ports such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, Serial ATA, DVI, HDMI, and PCI. It is mounted on a surface-mount SOT-23 package with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, meeting environmental standards.
The package is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The part is also available as D1213A-02SOL-7DITR-ND (DigiKey tape & reel) and other options. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
