The D1213A-02SO-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 2-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array designed for ESD protection. It is housed in a compact SOT-26 surface mount package and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability.
It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V (typical) and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0V. The typical clamping voltage is 10V, and it can handle peak pulse currents of 5A (8/20µs) per datasheet. The device offers very low channel input capacitance of 0.85pF, making it suitable for high-speed data lines such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and DVI. ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 with ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge.
The device is supplied in a SOT-26 package with matte tin finish and is available in tape and reel packaging (3000 pieces per reel). It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, with a green molding compound. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The typical reverse standoff voltage is 3.3V.
The minimum breakdown voltage is 6.0V.
The typical clamping voltage is 10V.
The datasheet specifies a peak pulse current of 5A for an 8/20µs waveform.
The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package (SOT-26 supplier package).
The typical channel input capacitance is 0.85pF.
It provides ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
