The D1213A-01T-7 is a single-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients. It offers a maximum reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 10V at a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs waveform).
This device provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, with a contact discharge rating of ±8kV and an air discharge rating of ±15kV. The low typical capacitance of 0.85pF makes it suitable for high-speed data lines such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and SATA. It also features a very low typical reverse leakage current of 0.1µA at 3.3V.
The D1213A-01T-7 is housed in a compact surface-mount SOD-523 package, measuring only 1.7mm x 0.9mm with a maximum height of 0.65mm. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
