The D1213A-01SO-7 is a 1-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 10V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs) and provides ESD protection of ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. With a low typical input capacitance of 0.85pF, it is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and Serial ATA.
