The D01-9933246 is a single-inline (SIP) IC socket from Harwin Inc., designed to accommodate integrated circuits and other components with connection pins. It offers 32 positions arranged in a single row with a standard 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The socket features machined female contacts with gold-plated contact finish for reliable electrical performance, while the termination surfaces are tin-plated for solderability. The housing is made of glass-filled polyamide (PA46) thermoplastic, providing durability and high temperature resistance.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 3A per contact when one contact is loaded at 25°C ambient, and 1.5A per contact when all contacts are loaded at 25°C. Contact resistance is 10mΩ initial, and insulation resistance is 10,000MΩ minimum. The socket is rated for 100V rms or 150V DC operation, with a dielectric strength of 1,000V rms. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
The through-hole mounting with solder cup termination allows for secure attachment to printed circuit boards. The socket is suitable for prototyping, production, and applications requiring reliable interconnection of ICs and other components.
