The CZRF52C15 is a single Zener diode from Comchip Technology with a nominal Zener voltage of 15V and ±5% tolerance. It is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 200mW and features a maximum impedance of 30Ω. Reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 11V reverse voltage.
