The Infineon Technologies CYBLE-012011-00, also known as the EZ-BLE™ Creator Module, is a fully certified and qualified Bluetooth Low Energy wireless module solution. This turnkey module integrates essential components like onboard crystal oscillators, a trace antenna, and passive components, all built around the Cypress PSoC 4 Bluetooth LE. It supports a royalty-free Bluetooth LE stack compatible with Bluetooth 5.1 and provides up to 23 GPIOs.

Key electrical specifications include an operating frequency range of 2.4GHz to 2.48GHz, a data rate of 1Mbps, and configurable TX output power from -18dBm to +3dBm. The module features a sensitivity of -87dBm and consumes typical currents of 15.6mA during TX and 16.4mA during RX. It offers low-power modes, including Deep Sleep at 1.3 µA and Hibernate at 150 nA with SRAM retention.

With 128KB of Flash memory and 16KB of SRAM, the CYBLE-012011-00 supports various peripheral functions such as ADC, timers, counters, PWM, and serial communication protocols like I2C, SPI, and UART. The module operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is housed in a compact 14.52 × 19.20 × 2.00 mm package with castellated solder pad connections for ease of mounting.
