The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, specifically the CX10S model, is a fanless, intelligent modular power supply delivering up to 1000W. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, it operates without fan or base plate cooling, making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments.
This power supply features a 48V output with a 15A current rating and achieves 93% efficiency. It supports universal input and includes features like adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, and standby output. The unit is designed for chassis mounting.
Compliance includes standards such as IEC60601-1, IEC60950-1, and IEC62368-1, making it suitable for both industrial (ITE Commercial) and medical applications. It also meets SEMI F47 standards at input voltages above 180 VAC and MIL-STD-810G for defense and aerospace applications.
With an MTBF exceeding 2,900,000 hours and a five-year warranty, the CX10S offers high reliability for demanding applications. Its flexibility allows for series and parallel output configurations for higher voltages or currents.
