The Advanced Energy CoolX1000 series, including the CX10S-GHHDBD-P-A-DK00000, represents a 1000W fanless modular power supply. This U-channel design operates without a fan or base plate, eliminating acoustic noise and vibration, making it suitable for sensitive scientific, medical, and industrial environments. It provides up to 1000W with 100% natural convection cooling and features high efficiency of 93%.
This power supply offers flexibility with analog and digital management via PMBus™ for monitoring and control. It supports field-configurable plug-and-play power, series and parallel output configurations for higher voltages and currents, and multiple mounting options including base, side, and DIN-Rail. The unit is safety approved to 5000m altitude and includes high-input surge protection up to 4 kV line to PE.
