The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, including the CX10S-GHDAAA-P-A-DK00000, offers a fanless, intelligent 1000 W modular power supply solution. This U-channel design provides high power output without the need for fan or base plate cooling, making it ideal for applications sensitive to acoustic noise or vibration, such as scientific and medical equipment.
The CX10S model delivers 1000W of power with 93% efficiency and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It supports multiple outputs and features adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, standby output, and universal input. The power supply is certified for medical (IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2) and industrial (IEC60950, IEC62368-1) applications, with compliance to SEMI F47* and MIL-STD-810G also noted.
Packaged in a compact 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm chassis mount design, this power supply is suitable for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications. It offers high reliability with an MTBF greater than 2,900,000 hours and features high-input surge protection up to 4 kV line to PE.
