The Advanced Energy CoolX1000 series, including the CX10S model, offers a fanless 1000W modular power supply solution. This U-channel design measures 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm and provides 100% natural convection cooling without requiring a base plate, making it ideal for applications sensitive to acoustic noise or vibration.

This power supply features 93% efficiency and supports universal input. It is certified for medical applications under IEC60601-1 and IEC60601-1-2, as well as industrial standards like IEC60950 and IEC62368-1. The CX10S model is designed for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications, offering features such as adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, standby output, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

With a high MTBF of over 2,900,000 hours and high-input surge protection up to 4 kV, the CoolX1000 series ensures reliability in harsh environments. It also includes features like reverse energy protection and safety approval for altitudes up to 5000 m. The modular design allows for field configuration and series/parallel output options for higher voltages and currents. Mounting options include base/side and DIN-Rail.
