The Advanced Energy CoolX1000 series, specifically the CX10S model, is a fanless, intelligent 1000W modular power supply. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, it provides full power without requiring fan or base plate cooling, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.

This power supply boasts 100% natural convection cooling and operates with 93% efficiency. It features six outputs and is designed for applications requiring high reliability, with an MTBF exceeding 2,900,000 hours. The unit includes high-input surge protection up to 4 kV line to PE and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

Flexibility is a key aspect, with analog and digital management capabilities via PMBus™. It supports adjustable output, remote sense, standby output, and universal input. Safety approvals include CSA, EN, IEC, and UL standards, making it suitable for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications. The power supply is also approved for use at altitudes up to 5000 meters.
