The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, including the CX10S model, provides a 1000W fanless modular power supply solution. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, it delivers full power without requiring fan or base plate cooling, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications.

This AC DC converter features a 48V output with a 15A current rating and an efficiency of 93%. It supports universal input and offers features like adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, and standby output. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.

Compliance includes IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2 (EMC), IEC60950, IEC62368-1, SEMI F47, and MIL-STD-810G, along with 2 MOPP and dual fused protection. Approval agencies include CSA, EN, IEC, and UL. Its chassis mount design and robust specifications make it suitable for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications.

The CX10S offers high reliability with an MTBF of over 2,900,000 hours and high-input surge protection up to 4 kV line to PE. It is safety approved for operation up to 5000 m altitude.
