The Advanced Energy CoolX1000 series, including the CX10S-BCGGCC-P-A-DK00000, is a fanless, intelligent 1000W modular power supply. Packaged in a compact U-channel design, it provides up to 1000W without fan or base plate cooling, eliminating acoustic noise and vibrations.
This AC/DC converter operates with a 24V output and delivers 3A, achieving 93% efficiency. It features adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, standby output, and universal input. The unit is designed for chassis mounting and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Compliance includes IEC60601-1, IEC60950-1, and IEC62368-1, with approvals from CSA, EN, IEC, and UL. It is suitable for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications, offering high reliability with an MTBF of over 2,900,000 hours and 4 kV line to PE surge protection.
The modular design allows for flexibility in system configuration, supporting series and parallel outputs for higher voltages and currents. Its fanless operation makes it ideal for applications sensitive to acoustic noise or vibration, such as scientific and medical equipment.
