The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, including the CX10S-BCABBB-P-A-DK00000, offers a fanless 1000W modular power supply solution. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, it provides 100% natural convection cooling without requiring a base plate, eliminating acoustic noise and vibrations.
This power supply delivers up to 1000W with an efficiency of 93%. It features 6 outputs, including a 5V output capable of 15A. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Flexibility is enhanced with PMBus™ monitoring and control capabilities, adjustable output, remote sense, and standby output.
Designed for demanding environments, the CX10S series meets various certifications including IEC60601-1, IEC60950-1, and IEC62368-1, making it suitable for ITE (Commercial) and Medical applications. It also boasts high reliability with an MTBF greater than 2,900,000 hours and high-input surge protection up to 4 kV.
Mounting is achieved via chassis mount. The fanless design is ideal for scientific, medical, and other applications sensitive to acoustic noise or vibration, or where fan cooling is not feasible.
