The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, including the CX10S-AHBGCD-P-A-DK00000, is a fanless, intelligent 1000 W modular power supply. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, it provides full power without requiring fan or base plate cooling. This design eliminates acoustic noise and vibrations, making it ideal for scientific, medical, and other sensitive applications.

The CX10S-AHBGCD-P-A-DK00000 offers flexibility with analog and digital communications via PMBus™ for monitoring and control. It boasts 93% efficiency and a high MTBF of over 2,900,000 hours. Key features include high-input surge protection up to 4 kV line to PE and safety approvals for operation up to 5000 m altitude.

This converter is designed for applications such as clinical diagnostic equipment, medical lasers, dialysis equipment, radiological imaging, and clinical chemistry. It is also suitable for industrial uses like test and measurement, industrial machines, automation equipment, printing, and telecommunications. The unit is certified to medical standards including IEC60601-1 and IEC60601-1-2, as well as industrial standards like IEC60950 and IEC62368-1. It also meets SEMI F47* and MIL-STD-810G requirements.

Mounting is via chassis mount, and the enclosed type provides robust protection. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The power supply features adjustable output, remote sense, standby output, and universal input.
