The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, specifically the CX10S model, is a 1000W fanless modular power supply. It utilizes natural convection cooling, eliminating acoustic noise and vibrations, making it suitable for sensitive scientific, medical, and industrial environments. The compact U-channel design measures 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm.

This power supply offers high efficiency of 93% and features a universal input. It supports analog and digital communications via PMBus™ for monitoring and control. Key features include high-input surge protection up to 4 kV and safety approvals for operation up to 5000 m altitude.

Designed for flexibility, the CX10S series allows for series and parallel output configurations to achieve higher voltages or currents. It is certified for medical applications (IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2) and industrial use (IEC60950, IEC62368-1), as well as defense/aero standards (MIL-STD-810G).
