The Advanced Energy CoolX®1000 series, including the CX10S model, offers a fanless 1000W modular power supply solution. Packaged in a compact U-channel design measuring 259.5 mm x 164 mm x 40.6 mm, this power supply operates with natural convection cooling, eliminating acoustic noise and vibration. This makes it suitable for sensitive scientific, medical, and industrial applications.

The CX10S provides up to 1000W of power with 93% efficiency. It features 8 outputs and a 24V nominal output voltage with a 6A current rating. The unit supports universal input and offers features such as adjustable output, PMBus™ monitoring and control, remote sense, and a standby output. Its robust design includes high-input surge protection up to 4 kV and is safety approved for operation at altitudes up to 5000 m.

Designed for versatility, the CX10S supports field configuration and can be used in series or parallel for higher voltages or currents. Mounting options include base, side, and DIN-Rail. Compliance includes IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2 (EMC), IEC60950, IEC62368-1, and SEMI F47*. It is approved by CSA, EN, IEC, and UL.
