The Bourns CW100505-22NJ is a high Q ceramic core wirewound chip inductor from the CW100505 series. This fixed inductor offers 22nH inductance ±5% tolerance, 400mA rated current, and a maximum DCR of 300mOhm. It features a minimum Q factor of 25 at 250MHz and a self-resonant frequency above 2.8GHz.
