The Toshiba CUS520,H3F is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low-voltage, low-current rectification and switching applications. It offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
With a typical forward voltage of only 280mV at 10mA, this diode enables efficient operation in battery-powered and low-dropout circuits. It also features a fast recovery time of less than 500ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching. The junction capacitance is typically 17pF at 0V and 1MHz.
The device is surface mount packaged in a SC-76 (SOD-323) case with a USC supplier package designation. It can operate at junction temperatures up to 125°C. This diode is ideal for polarity protection, freewheeling, and clamping in compact electronic designs.
