The CURB204-G is a 400V, 2A ultra fast recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for high-speed switching applications. This device is housed in a standard DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package and is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V, with a corresponding DC blocking voltage of 400V and RMS voltage of 280V.
