The CTS520L3F is a Schottky barrier diode from Toshiba, designed for low voltage rectification and switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and can handle an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
The diode features a low forward voltage drop of 600mV at 200mA, which improves efficiency in power conversion circuits. With a fast recovery time of less than 500ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching. The typical junction capacitance is 16pF at 0V and 1MHz, contributing to low parasitic effects.
