The CTES033V3-G is a 300W transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array from Comchip Technology. It features two unidirectional channels with a working voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 8V (max) at 1A. The device provides 16kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge.
With a peak pulse current rating of 17A (8/20µs) and a typical capacitance of 350pF at 1MHz, this TVS array is designed for transient suppression in high-speed data lines. The reverse breakdown voltage is 4.0V minimum, and reverse leakage current is 50µA maximum at 3.3V.
The CTES033V3-G is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3 and SC-59). It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Applications include transient and ESD suppression in LAN/WAN interfaces, peripherals, and set-top boxes.
