The Chemtronics CT5000 Cottontips Low Lint Swab consists of cotton fibers tightly wrapped around a wooden handle. This construction minimizes linting and particulate generation, making it suitable for cleaning applications where absorbency is critical.
The swab features a wrapped single head measuring 0.19" wide and 0.63" long, with a total handle length of 6.00". It offers high absorbency and good solvent compatibility with isopropyl alcohol, methanol, acetone, bases, and weak acids. Designed for rigorous cleaning, the head maintains high strength even when saturated.
