ESD protection is provided by avalanche-type diodes on every pin, safely dissipating contact discharges of ±10 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and ±25 kV per Human Body Model (MIL-STD-883 Method 3015). The filter offers 30dB attenuation at 1GHz, making it suitable for suppressing high-frequency noise.

 

The CSPEMI400G is housed in a space-saving, low-profile 10-UFBGA WLCSP package measuring 1.96mm x 1.33mm x 0.65mm, and is surface mountable.
