The CSFB203-G is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for high-frequency switching applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 2A. The device features a reverse recovery time of 35ns maximum, ensuring low switching losses in high-speed circuits. Forward voltage drop is typically 0.92V and maximum 0.95V at 2A, contributing to efficient operation.
The diode is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) molded plastic package, compliant with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is surface mountable with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-750, method 2026.
