The CSFA105-G is a super fast recovery rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A at 25°C. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 1.25V maximum at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling circuits.
This device is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, which is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flame retardant epoxy. It has solderable leads per MIL-STD-750 and a color band cathode marking for polarity identification. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and it can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A at 8.3ms.
The CSFA105-G is RoHS3 compliant and features a glass passivated chip for high reliability and high surge current capability. It is suitable for use in power supplies, converters, and other high-speed switching circuits where efficiency and fast recovery are critical.
