The CSD86360Q5D is a NexFET power block from Texas Instruments, designed for synchronous buck applications. It integrates two N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration, supporting a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 25V and a continuous drain current of 50A at 25°C. The device achieves a typical system efficiency of 91% at 25A operation and can handle frequencies up to 1.5 MHz. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum gate charge of 12.6 nC at Vgs=4.5V and an input capacitance of 2060 pF at Vds=12.5V.
