Texas Instruments CSD18502Q5B is a 40V, N-channel NexFET power MOSFET designed for efficient power conversion. It delivers up to 100A continuous drain current (package limited at Tc=25°C) with an ultra-low typical on-resistance of 1.8mOhm at Vgs=10V. The device features a maximum gate threshold voltage of 2.2V and supports drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V. Total gate charge is 68nC max at Vgs=10V, enabling fast switching. Logic-level gate drive allows direct interface with low-voltage controllers. The MOSFET is avalanche rated with a single pulse avalanche energy of 387mJ. Housed in a surface-mount 8-PowerTDFN package (VSON-CLIP 5x6mm) with low thermal resistance, it dissipates up to 156W at Tc=25°C. Suitable for DC-DC conversion, secondary side synchronous rectification, and motor control applications.
