The CSD17306Q5A is a 30V N-Channel NexFET power MOSFET from Texas Instruments, designed for low-loss power conversion. It is an enhancement-mode, metal-oxide semiconductor FET that is avalanche rated and logic level capable. With a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 30V, it supports a package-limited drain current of 100A at TC=25°C and a silicon-limited current of 100A.
