It features a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 9 mOhm at VGS=4.5V and 7.9 mOhm at VGS=8V, enabling low conduction losses. The device supports continuous drain current up to 87A at case temperature 25°C and is package-limited to 100A.
This MOSFET is optimized for 5V gate drive applications and offers ultralow gate charge (5.4 nC typical) and gate-drain charge (1.2 nC typical) for fast switching.
