The CSD16407Q5 is an N-channel power MOSFET from Texas Instruments' NexFET family. It is designed for low-loss power conversion applications such as synchronous buck converters in networking, telecom, and computing systems. The device features a drain-source voltage rating of 25V and a continuous drain current of 31A at ambient temperature (Ta=25°C) and 100A at case temperature (Tc=25°C).
