CS6422-CSZ

The Cirrus Logic CS6422-CSZ is an advanced, single-chip, full-duplex speakerphone integrated circuit. It enables hands-free operation with superior conversation quality by employing echo cancellation and suppression techniques. This IC is suitable for communication systems and integrates dual 80 dB IDR codecs, speech-trained network and acoustic echo cancellers, and supplementary echo suppression.

The CS6422-CSZ supports a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. It features a 34 dB microphone preamplifier and programmable attenuation during double-talk. The device includes dual channel AGC'ed volume controls with mute and a microcontroller interface.

Packaged in a 20-SOIC form factor, this audio signal processor is designed for surface mount applications. Its robust design makes it an ideal replacement for existing half-duplex speakerphone ICs, offering a significant increase in audio performance and user experience.
