CS5155GDR16

The CS5155GDR16 from ON Semiconductor is a 5-bit synchronous dual N-channel buck controller. It is engineered to provide exceptional transient response for demanding high-density, high-speed logic applications. The regulator utilizes a proprietary control method, enabling a rapid 100 ns response time to load transients.

This controller operates within a 4.25 V to 14 V range for VCC, using 12 V to power the IC and 5.0 V as the main supply for conversion.
